At Counterpart (a key agency partner for FedEx) I led and mentored the design team, taking a hands-on approach to management and fostering collaboration and growth. Juggling multiple concurrent projects – many with aggressive deadlines – for multiple divisions within FedEx was crucial, and I made sure every deliverable was consistently well-crafted and brand-compliant.
Projects included B2B and B2C marketing collateral, digital and social campaigns, email marketing, video production, internal presentation decks, sales materials, and dozens of landing pages — including the home page — for FedEx.com, which attracts >80M unique visitors monthly.
